LEARNING COMMMUNITY

Learning Community: Journal of Community Education (JLC) focuses on studies and practices in the fields of education and community development as well as lifelong learning. This journal also provides space for interdisciplinary approaches that integrate educational, social, cultural, and public policy perspectives in the context of community education. The Learning Community journal is published twice a year, in March and September.

Since April 7, 2022, Learning Community: Journal of Community Education has been accredited by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia as a reputable scientific journal with management and publication quality that meets national standards, and is indexed in SINTA 5.

LEARNING COMMUNITY: JURNAL PENDIDIKAN LUAR SEKOLAH is a reputable scientific journal that implements a double-blind peer review process and is published by the Non-Formal Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Jember. This journal focuses on studies and practices in the field of education and community development as well as lifelong learning.

Learning Community (JLC) publishes research articles, conceptual and theoretical studies, and practice development articles related to community empowerment, community training and assistance, basic and continuing education, adult education, and community capacity building. This journal also provides space for interdisciplinary approaches that integrate educational, social, cultural, and public policy perspectives in the context of community education.

Published twice a year, Learning Community (JLC) is committed to being a credible academic platform in supporting the strengthening of Non-Formal Education science and practice at the local, national, and international levels, as well as contributing to the improvement of human resources and sustainable community development.
